2023 Scholarship Recipients Recognized
On June 25, 2023 Chapter 519 recognized the 10 deserving students at Holy Transfiguration Greek Orthodox Church in Marietta, GA for scholarships granted by the AHEPA Chapter No. 1 Mother Lodge Educational Fund. This year’s recipients received awards that averaged $2,250. The students will be attending a variety of universities across the Southeast and will be studying fields ranging from business to engineering to theology. Congratulations to this year’s recipients: Laila Azimzadeh, Anastasia Buchan, Nicholas Demakis, Michael Gavalas, Ava Hatzilias, Sophia Karampelas, Adrianna Mancil, Emily Paulson, Joanna Paulson, and Matthew Paulson.

We are Chapter 519 of the American Hellenic Educational Progressive Association (AHEPA), based in Marietta, Georgia, affiliated with Holy Transfiguration Greek Orthodox Church
The mission of the AHEPA Family is to promote Hellenism, Education, Philanthropy, Civic Responsibility, and Family and Individual Excellence. Membership is open to everyone who believes in the mission of the organization.
