On October 2, 2026 Chapter 519 held its annual Pancake Breakfast to raise funds for scholarships. This year’s event had record attendance with 132 people enjoying a tasty brunch at the Holy Transfiguration PLC. The menu included plain/chocolate chip/baklava pancakes, bacon, sausage, Canadian bacon, grits, scrambled eggs and fruit. Harry Kipreos led the brothers in the kitchen while others served, set up and cleaned the dining room. Over 20 brothers supported the event and profits were enough to support one full scholarship through the AHEPA Chapter #1 Mother Lodge Educational Fund.
